This annual event aims to promote the Employee Wellness Programs’ five elements of health and wellness: Physical, Spiritual, Nutritional, Emotional/Social, and Financial. All employees are invited to attend this exciting event which will include a variety of in-person health screenings and services, free food, and prizes.

Events are open to all employees to attend.

Physical wellness means living responsibly and take care of your body. Physical health is much more than “losing a few pounds”. It is recognizing that daily habits and behaviors have a significant impact on our overall health, wellness, and quality of life.

Nutritional wellness is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Combined with physical activity, your diet can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce risk of chronic diseases and promote your overall health.

Financial wellness refers to the “overall financial health of an individual” and is sometimes used interchangeably with financial well-being. Financial wellness is making the responsible decision to live within your means and set financial goals that will positively impact your financial future

Emotional wellness is how well one can recognize and express emotions. Social wellness is creating and maintaining positive relationships. Both elements are inclusive of knowing that you can make great moments even on bad days.

Spiritual wellness is seeking harmony and balance by openly exploring the depth of human purpose, meaning and connection through dialogue and self-reflection. In this aspect you are likely to find meaning, purpose, appreciation, and your guiding compass.

If you have a passion for wellness and enjoy motivating others to live a life anchored in healthy decisions, then the champions club is just for you!
