FSCJ’s two-year A.A. degree prepares students to either step directly into one of our bachelor’s programs or transfer to one of Florida’s many public colleges or universities. Led by faculty who want to see their students succeed, high-quality instruction provides the education and skills necessary to succeed in a four-year program. Carefully designed coursework and real-world application develops critical thinking and problem-solving skills that help graduates make their mark in the workplace.

A.A. Options

• Complete the A.A. program fully online. Take  online classes from the comfort of your own home, on your time and schedule.
• The accelerated A.A. offers classes that are eight weeks long, helping you change your future in as little as 18 months! The Accelerated A.A. is available at our Nassau Center as well.
• Many classes are offered during the day, night and even on the weekend. In as little as six terms, you can complete all of the general education classes at the Deerwood Center through FSCJ Weekend College and take the online elective classes needed to transition to a bachelor’s degree program. 
• Special transfer pathways have been developed with the University of North Florida (UNF) and Florida A&M University (FAMU).
• A.A. students may even customize their degree based upon specialized interests and intended transfer major.
• Qualified students can apply for the FSCJ Honors Program to enhance their learning through high-level coursework, service and leadership opportunities. Honors students even receive a scholarship that covers tuition and fees.
