Middle school students will get a jumpstart on your college preparation and learn the importance of higher education as you experience college life first hand. As a participant in the College Reach-Out Program, students have an opportunity to enhance their academic skills, meet and make friends with students from other schools while planning for a successful future in middle and high school with an eye toward college. In addition, engaging workshops are held for parents on such topics as financial learning, paying for college and time management.
Who qualifies?
• Students in grades 6th – 9th
• Students interested in career programs
• Students who meet program academic and economic criteria

Where is the program held?
The program meets mainly at FSCJ's Downtown Campus, with some events held at other FSCJ campuses and centers.

College Reach-Out Program begins in January
