As of May 6, 2011 the Information Literacy Assessment (ILAS) is not a graduation requirement at Florida State College at Jacksonville.

For full details, please contact our College counseling/advising office. Because this change is recent, students' myFSCJ records may still indicate a need to take the ILAS, however, the ILAS is not a graduation requirement as of May 6.

Students interested in increasing their information literacy skills may enroll in LIS 1000, Information Literacy, a one-credit online course. Information literacy will also be addressed in the Student Life Skills courses SLS 0005, SLS 1101 and SLS 1103.
