All rentals are available for full day use and half day use. Half day usually constitutes an event that does not exceed four hours. Rentals will not begin prior to 8 a.m. and will conclude, with the doors being locked, no later than 11 p.m. without additional charges. Each renter must follow all safety guidelines set forth by the college and is responsible for clean-up and disposal of all goods brought onto the property.

Rental rates include access to the following upon request:
Rental rates for any area do not include the following: stage labor, lighting (other than work lights for rehearsal or set-up), house lighting plot (performances in the Main Stage Theatre), sound, props, equipment rental, spotlights, chair and riser placement, orchestra shell set-up, security and any other personnel (creative advisement, box office, house management, concessions, clean-up or disposal of goods.)
A 7% Florida Sales Tax will be computed on all costs unless a tax exemption certificate is provided prior to contract approval. Tiered discounts may apply for civic and not for profit organizations providing a written proof of exemption prior to contract approval.
Each renter must supply proof of liability insurance (“ACORD” certificate) for a minimum amount of $1,000,000.00 specifying Florida State College at Jacksonville and its District Board of Trustees as the “Additional Insured”. Certificates must specify date(s) of use and coverage.
