FSCJ is closed for Winter Break, Thursday, December 19-Tuesday, December 31, 2024, and New Year’s Day on Wednesday, January 1, 2025. The College will reopen Thursday, January 2, 2025.

Discounts

Senior, Military, Florida State College at Jacksonville Students, Faculty and Staff with ID. Discounts may not be available for all the events at the Wilson Center. For more information please contact the box office at (904) 646-2222.

*Please note student or faculty/staff ticket discounts are not available online. You must purchase tickets in person and provide valid identification.

Will Call

Will Call, distribution of prepaid and complimentary tickets, is available one hour prior to each performance.

House Manager

“House Manager” is a theatre term for the person in charge of keeping half of the theatre, from the orchestra pit to the lobby area, running smoothly. He or she relies on a team of volunteer ushers to carry out the duties of tearing tickets, distributing playbills, and assisting patrons. The “House Manager”is available during all performances.

Ushers

The Nathan H. Wilson Center for the Arts relies on student and volunteer ushers to aid the House Manager in a variety of duties prior to the start of each performance and during intermissions.

Food & Beverage

Eating and drinking are not permitted in the theatres.

Smoking

Effective March 2013, Florida State College at Jacksonville campuses are smoke and tobacco free. Absolutely no smoke or tobacco products (including e-cigarettes and herbal cigarettes) are permitted anywhere on campus, including parking lots.

Cameras & Recording Devices

Cameras, video equipment and recording devices are not allowed in the theatre.

Latecomers

Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.

Babes in Arms

Babes in arms are not permitted in the theatre. Everyone, including infants, must have a ticket unless otherwise stated. Depending on the content of the performance, the theatre management discourages adults from bringing children younger than 5 years.

Disabled Patrons

The Nathan H. Wilson Center for the Arts provides restrooms and seating areas that are wheelchair accessible.
