Our Mission

FSCJ’s Office of Organizational Culture and Engagement recognizes and brings together the voices and experiences of all students, faculty and staff, aiming to further attitudes, perceptions, education and policies that support and represent the College and the community we serve. 

Listening to all.

As an institute of higher learning, we believe that education and understanding often comes through the voices and experiences of people from backgrounds different than our own. We welcome and seek out opportunities to share ideas, thoughts, outlooks and perceptions. We will create safe spaces where we can listen and begin to learn and respect different perspectives, which will help to shape and shift our outreach, processes and policies.
