Achieving the Dream

Achieving the Dream (ATD) is a national reform network of community colleges. ATD focuses on improving student outcomes, promoting equity and establishing a culture of data informed decision-making.

As a member of this nonprofit network, FSCJ joins over 200 community colleges nationwide sharing strategies and evidence in an effort to improve community college student success.

We began our participation in the ATD reform network in 2015. Our ATD work is primarily housed in three areas:

• FSCJ’s strategic plan
• FSCJ’s equity committee
• FSCJ’s student success data team
