The 2017 Commencement Ceremony is fast approaching! We’d like to share a few reminders to help our faculty and staff prepare for the ceremony on Thursday, May 11, at the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena.

Faculty, please be sure to register your attendance via our online registration system by filling out this brief form. Upon registering, you will receive information on obtaining a parking pass for the ceremony.

We ask that all faculty members participate in the formal procession leading in to the ceremony. The 2017 Commencement Ceremony will begin with our students leading a full processional, followed by faculty, staff and platform guests in full regalia.

Faculty and staff will be seated together in a reserved section this year. Your involvement will require that you arrive no later than 3:15 p.m. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 p.m.
