Social Media Policy

Social media is an effective way to expand reach, foster engagement and build relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally. FSCJ's social media policy governs the official development, implementation and use of social media for the College. The goal is to streamline the social media channels through which the College communicates with its stakeholders. Utilizing select main accounts allows the College to provide a consistent, comprehensive message and ensures the market is not oversaturated with College-affiliated accounts/profiles.

To learn more, you can review the Social Media Policy.

This policy is applicable to all campuses, departments, programs, clubs and organizations within FSCJ, including employees—full time, part time and adjunct, as well as contractors. It also governs the development and activity of social media accounts and content for chartered student organizations and FSCJ sub-brands. The College does not take any responsibility for pages or social media content purported to represent the College on unofficial or unapproved social media sites.

Due to frequent technology and social media changes, this policy may be adjusted regularly to reflect issues or concerns that arise.
