system, ensuring compliance and consistency, and (2) course fees are being recalculated to align with the current costs of providing private, one-on-one instruction and the instructional materials supplied through the program, which are not covered by the standard per-credit-hour tuition. The FSCJ DBOT is authorized under Florida Statutes 1009.22 and 1009.23 to establish fees to recover costs of services provided. The recommended fee changes are projected to have no net fiscal impact on the College.
