Bids Schedule

This is a list of current bid/proposal solicitation opportunities available from Florida State College at Jacksonville to the public. To ensure receiving all addendum’s and bid documents, notify us by emailing purchasing@fscj.edu that you have downloaded a College bid/proposal solicitation, and it is your intent to submit a bid/proposal.

Notice to Vendor: All Bid Solicitations are subject to change. To ensure you receive all addenda, submit an intent to submit/bid proposal response form by emailing purchasing@fscj.edu.  Failure to sign and return any addenda could result in your bid or proposal being considered non-responsive.

NOTE: Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid conference has been scheduled for 4/29/2024, 10:00 a.m. at South Campus, Bldg. D, 11901 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32246, Room D110 with a ONE-TIME JOB SITE VISIT directly after the Pre-Bid conference. Site visits will not be conducted at any other date or time.

Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid conference has been scheduled for 4/30/2024, 10:00 a.m. at North Campus, 4501 Capper Rd., Jacksonville, FL 32218, Bldg. C, Room C136 with a ONE-TIME JOB SITE VISIT directly after the Pre-Bid conference. Site visits will not be conducted at any other date or time. Sub-Contractors are welcome to participate.
