WHAT: Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ) will celebrate the thousands of students who have completed their programs of study during the 56th annual Commencement Ceremony on Thursday, May 11. FSCJ President John Avendano, Ph.D. and the FSCJ District Board of Trustees will proudly present diplomas to students who have earned their bachelor’s and/or associate degrees.
More than 3,600 degrees will be awarded to FSCJ graduates and candidates for the 2022-23 academic year. Of these, 1,934 are associate in arts degrees, 894 are associate in science degrees and 774 are bachelor’s degrees.
The faculty and student procession will begin promptly at 3:45 p.m. with the ceremony immediately following at 4 p.m.
