elcome to the Center for eLearning (CeL) at FSCJ, a dedicated department for online program and course developments. Established in 2012, Our mission is to enrich the online learning experience and extend our educational reach to the community by promoting the development of high-quality online courses. CeL’s course development team consists of two core units: the Instructional Design Team and the Multimedia Design Team. Both teams work with faculty to develop engaging, accessible, and affordable online courses for our diverse learners.

Our systematic course design and development process is grounded in sound instructional design principles. This approach, coupled with our commitment to quality, accessibility, and affordability, ensures that our online courses meet the highest standards. First and foremost, we prioritize the needs and experiences of our students. At the same time, we empower faculty to drive content development, ensuring that our courses are not only academically rigorous but also relevant and engaging.
